Saturday morning Carlos Diaz promoted our very own Austin “The Flash” Tweedy and Dustin “BamBam” Parrish to Brown Belt in BJJ. Both are exceptional teammates and coaches within our gym. They go the extra mile to ensure their teammates are prepared for their fights as well as coaching the newcomers on learning the tools to advance to higher levels. They have put the work in on the mats and it displays throughout the gym. We are proud to call them a part of our team.
