You said it, we heard it! American Top Team of Indianapolis is now offering a Strength and Conditioning Class. The best part is that this class is open to the Public as well! Members can now bring their friends, family and loved ones to join them in their journey to get fit. 

This class targets the conditioning and muscle groups necessary for Boxing and MMA fighting. Not a fighter?? No worries. This class will undoubtedly help you reach your health goals for the year. The focus will be on High Intensity strength training and keeping your heart rate up for the 1 1/2 to 2 hour class. Worried it will be too hard for you???? Stop in and talk to the coach. Tell him your goals and concerns and he can provide you with the reassurance that you are definitely ready to begin his class. It is open to all ages, body types, and genders. The only thing you need to bring is a positive attitude and a will to succeed. 

Strength and Conditioning class is run by Personal Trainer James Brown every Saturday beginning February 3rd. Class begins at 1pm and is free to all members (non members:$10 drop in). Spread the Word!
